  • New Seychelles company, with 10 shares at 10% each, owning the yacht.

Owner Utilization Schedule

  • Each fractional ownership provides for a full five weeks per annum – This can be split into a three plus two week components, at different times of the year.
  • Each of the 10 ownership slots moves forward by 5 weeks every year.
  • CMSA management company will manage the schedule, which is available on request.
  • The management company will also see to the on-going maintenance of both the property and yacht, which will include a full service in early August of each year.
